New River Innovation Releases Latest Beyond415

New River Innovation has released Beyond415 version 2.2, the latest version of its flagship software for post-filing issues, which includes an updated interface, client gateway, expandability and additional reporting features.

Processing Content

With the latest version of Beyond415, users can create their own template document sets, categorize them by issue, and share them across the firm, allowing staff members to leverage their experience and knowledge. When a user selects a template document, the system prefills the document with client and firm data.

Beyond415’s new Client Gateway allows users to communicate with their clients. When a document or message is shared in the Gateway, the recipient receives an email alert and the recipient can reply inline or create an entirely new message.

Additional reporting features include the ability to examine specific work across the firm, providing information and management capabilities to senior practitioners as they leverage their staff.

“We’re always looking for ways to increase the feature set of Beyond415 while making it more intuitive to use,” said New River co-founder Jim Buttonow. “With our 2.2 release, we think Beyond415 is a product that can provide value to the smallest firms all the way to the Big Four.”
