Neal Korenberg, a partner at Castellano, Korenberg & Co. was awarded the Distinguished Service Award by the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants Nassau Chapter.
Korenberg, who also fills the role of vice president and quality review director at Castellanco, Korenberg & Co., specializes in accounting for service industry businesses, construction and manufacturing, as well as accounting for high net-worth individuals and privately owned businesses. He assists companies with bank financing, increasing bonding capacity, bankruptcy and reorganization reporting, and has served as the audit partner and advisor to a variety of companies of diverse size.
Korenberg has remained an active member of the NYSSCPA Nassau Chapter throughout his accounting career. He is the current chairman of the Cooperation with Bankers and Other Credit Grantors Committee and a member of the Accounting and Auditing Committee. Korenberg’s additional professional affiliations include the Accountants & Attorneys Networking Group, AICPA, Construction Financial Management Association and The New York City Surety Association.
