ONeil has 36 years of experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was the partner-in-charge of the New York Metro Region Higher Education and Not-for-Profit Services Practice. He was responsible for coordinating services to educational, philanthropic, cultural, and other tax-exempt organizations and has assisted his clients with a wide variety of accounting, tax, management and governance issues.
