ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Integrates with Hybris

Thomson Reuters announced the integration of its ONESOURCE Indirect Tax solution with commerce platform Hybris, an SAP company.

With the integration, Hybris B2B and B2C users can use the cloud-based ONESOURCE Indirect Tax platform to determine global sales and use tax and VAT. The platform’s engine technology automatically provides estimates as items are place into the Hybris order, while detailed calculations are provided at checkout, and users can keep track of tax liabilities for downstream compliance.

“Hybris is pleased to feature this new integration in our Hybris Extend marketplace of leading ISV extensions,” stated said Andre Dogan, director of Global ISV Alliances at Hybris. “This integration will accelerate implementation of Thomson Reuters’ tax solution for our numerous customers on the Hybris Commerce Suite.”

With more than 15,000 tax jurisdictions supported, ONESOURCE offers local and global solutions for every step in the corporate tax lifecycle.

“Each year, ONESOURCE technology is trusted to manage transaction taxes for over $1.7 trillion in combined corporate global revenue,” stated Chris Carlstead, managing director of ONESOURCE indirect and property tax at Thomson Reuters. “We are thrilled to make our patented tax determination engine technology accessible to a recognized leader in e-commerce. This integration ensures that businesses of all sizes can utilize the same powerful platform developed to solve the most complex tax challenges in the world.”
