Accounting and business software provider Open Systems Inc. has released Version 11 of its Customer Relationship Management for Traverse.

The CRM application only works with Open Systems' Traverse accounting suite, with seamless integration and synchronization with all the data in other Traverse applications.

"The CRM application puts critical client and vendor data at the user's fingertips," said Open Systems vice president of sales Paul Lundquist. "Integration to other Traverse applications provides access to a wide range of available business knowledge, keeping your sales force up to date with everything they need to know to make critical decisions quickly."

Information updated in the CRM application is instantly available in all applications in the Traverse system, and the company expects soon to allow anytime, anywhere access through Outlook integration, mobile functionality and browser-based access.
