OpenPages, a provider of Sarbanes-Oxley software, unveiled SOX Express 3.1, their latest Web-based software for compliance with Sections 302 and 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
SOX Express 3.1 has new integration with third-party applications, extended dashboard and reporting capabilities, and further enhancements to the products' ease of use and its administration tools.
A new Web-based application program interface called OpenAccess is featured in the latest SOX compliance software. OpenAccess allows customers a bi-integration exchange between SOX Express and such software products as PricewaterhouseCoopers TeamMate, an audit management software, and products from Greenlight Technologies and Oversight Systems.
Express 3.1 also features CommandCenter, an extended suite of executive dashboards and reports designed to accelerate review and approval of governance, risk and compliance management information throughout a business. CommandCenter provides management with a graphical view into the current state of their organization's internal controls framework and potential risk exposures.
In addition to OpenAccess and CommandCenter, SOX Express 3.1 includes a number of usability and administration enhancements, improving the application's easy-to-use interface.
