Compliance and accountability software provider Paisley Consulting, has sealed a deal with The Alliance for SOX 404 Compliance to provide SOX solutions to its member accounting firms.
Terms were not disclosed.
As part of the agreement, Paisley will make its proprietary Focus product, an online corporate governance solution designed for the small and midsized business market, available to 404 Alliance members, and will also host training programs and Webcasts focused on emerging industry trends and support to help companies meet compliance objectives.
Co-founded by Pittsford, N.Y.-based The Bonadio Group, The Alliance for SOX 404 Compliance is a global network of independent CPA firms specializing in corporate governance, compliance and risk management solutions for small- and mid-cap public companies.
