As an extension of its partnership programs with accountants, payroll and benefits services provider Paychex Inc. has launched Accountant Advisory Boards in three cities across the United States -- forums created to exchange ideas and strategies to meet the needs of CPAs and clients.
The inaugural Accountant Advisory Boards were convened in Atlanta, Boston and Orange County, Calif. Each group will meet three to four times a year in sessions moderated by a third-party facilitator.Paychex currently serves as the preferred payroll provider for the American Institute of CPAs via its Paychex Partner Program. This year it was expanded to include Paychex Major Market Services -- payroll and human resource services for businesses with more than 50 employees -- as well as Paychex 401(k) Recordkeeping services.
