PAI Group has promoted Robert Digby to CEO of the payroll company.
Digby was previously president of PAI's service bureau unit, PayChoice. He will fill the position left by PAI's current CEO, William Scott, who is becoming chairman of PAI.
Digby has over 20 years of payroll, HR and benefits industry expertise. He is the former president of RSM McGladrey Employer Services, the payroll and benefit services company of RSM McGladrey/H&R Block. Digby also held roles at Ceridian, including president of its Powerpay Internet payroll business.
As CEO of PAI, he will be in charge of the company's two business units: Payroll Associates LLC and PAI Services LLC. Payroll Associates LLC is a payroll technology company that provides integrated payroll, HR, tax filing, and time and attendance products. PAI Services LLC operates under the PayChoice brand from 17 locations nationally. PayChoice delivers payroll, tax filing, benefits and HR services directly to 10,000 small and midsized businesses.
