PayCycle's Latest Version All About Options

PayCycle Inc. has announced the release of PayCycle 2007, the latest version of its payroll service for accountants who work with small businesses.

Additionally, a revamped PayCycle Accounting Professional Program will now support both payroll practitioners and those who choose to refer clients. The program offers two service options, both of which can be used anytime, and don’t require further investment in software or additional staff.

The PayCycle Wholesale Service acts as the firm’s “back office.” Accountants maintain complete control over the payroll workflow, or give clients access to share payroll tasks, such as entering hours.  When clients log in to share tasks, they see the firm’s name on the Web site, not PayCycle’s.

For the wholesale option, PayCycle bills the accounting professional $14.99 per client per month (for up to five employees; each additional employee is $0.25 per month) -- which includes direct deposit, electronic tax payments and filings, state forms and W-2s. There are no set-up fees or annual contracts.

The PayCycle Client Retail Service allows accountants to recommend PayCycle’s automated service to their small business clients, having those clients use PayCycle directly and the accountant maintaining shared access to the data. In this option, PayCycle bills the client directly at a retail rate of $42.99 per month (up to five employees; each additional employee is $1.50 per month).

The new 2007 version also includes several enhancements aimed at making payroll easier and less time-consuming. More information about the product is available at www.PayCycle.com
