MAINE
Graham M. Smith has become president of Macdonald Page Schatz Fletcher & Co. LLC, succeeding Charles J. Kean, who will remain with the firm as chairman. Smith joined the firm in 1984, specializing in retailers, wholesalers, financial institutions and equipment dealers.

WISCONSIN
Wifpli LLP, Wausau, and Williams Young LLC have merged to create a firm with 17 offices in Wisconsin and Minnesota, close to 600 staff, and projected 2003 revenue of $80 million. Bill Young, managing director of Williams Young, will serve as head of the firm’s Madison office, and will hold a seat on Wipfli’s Executive Committee.
