Denise Tomayko has joined the Human Resources and Marketing Departments as an administrative assistant. In addition, the Cincinnati office has hired Ning Sun as an associate in the Tax Department.

Bob Lindquist has formed an alliance with Grant Thornton LLP, Toronto, to handle the role of senior forensic counsel. Lindquist will continue as senior managing director of Citigate Global Intelligence & Security.

Asher & Co. Ltd., Philadelphia, announced a number of promotions. James M. Kochanski was promoted to manager in the Accounting & Auditing Department; he joined the firm in 2003, and was previously a vice president at MBNA America Bank. Victoria F.
