Automated data entry and workflow software provider Personable Inc. has unveiled ScanWriter 2013, its latest data entry automation technology that is now integrated with Intuit’s QuickBooks 2013, Microsoft Excel, and Sage 50 (formerly Peachtree).
The company showcased the latest version at The Sleeter Group’s 2012 Accounting Solutions Conference in Anaheim, Calif.
ScanWriter 2013 also features a new vendor’s library; an improved document library; a Flash Guide for step-by-step workflow; improved data mapping; and additional support for merchant reports, custom reports and tax forms.
In addition, ScanWriter 2013 has the ability to simultaneously read and enter data from multiple PDF and Excel documents from a single folder.
“The data entry personnel in the small and medium size business have been under served,” claims Personable president Benjamin Chou. “ScanWriter will alleviate their tedious manual burden significantly, whether they are auditors, bookkeepers, or forensic accountants.”
Personable released ScanWriter 2012 in March in both cloud and on premises versions.
