Postlethwaite & Netterville installs Gardiner as CEO

Dan Gardiner has been installed as CEO and managing director of Baton Rouge, La.-based Top 100 Firm Postlethwaite & Netterville, effective May 1.

In May 2017, Gardiner was elected to succeed Bill Balhoff, who had been CEO of P&N for a decade. The two have worked closely together on the succession over the past 12 months. (See “Postlethwaite & Netterville plans CEO transition.”)

“Last year, P&N announced the transition of our CEO position through a formal, structured process,” Gardiner said in a statement. “Bill Balhoff has been our CEO for the past decade, during which time our firm has experienced tremendous growth. I’m very honored to serve as the fifth managing director of one of the top 100 accounting and consulting firms in the country, and am looking forward to building upon the strong foundation of quality client services that P&N offers.”
