New York (Dec. 1, 2003) -- Risk-consulting services provider Protiviti Inc., appointed former J.H. Cohn veteran Edmund Weiss, CPA, CFE, as managing director of internal audit services at the company’s New York office.
A 25-year veteran of internal audit services, Weiss most recently served as director of internal audit at Cohn Consulting, a division of regional CPA firm J.H. Cohn. At Cohn, he began the firm’s internal audit practice. He also was executive vice president and general auditor at Summit Bank.
A wholly owned subsidiary of Robert Half International, Protiviti operates 30 locations throughout North America, Europe and Asia.
