New York — Raiser’s Edge, the proprietary nonprofit solution from Blackbaud, received the prestigious Campbell Award as a result of its being selected as Best Overall Software and Best Overall Solution in the 2004 donor/member software survey conducted by Campbell Research.
The Campbell Award is presented annually by Campbell Research to the donor/member solution that receives the highest rating in an extensive industry-wide survey.
More than 1,500 nonprofit professionals participated in this year’s survey, which evaluated over 50 software solutions on 18 factors, including ease of use, data analysis capabilities, report flexibility and customer support.
