New York (Oct. 2, 2003) -- RIA announced Wednesday the addition of new productivity tools for its tax research product, Checkpoint.
The new features include “create-a-chart” which allows users to quickly build state tax scenario comparisons, with links back to primary source material and RIA analysis. Also added to the software is a “form/line finder” which gives users direct entry to information specific to any line on a tax form.
The document assembly feature gives Checkpoint subscribers the ability to complete client letters, agreements, election or compliance statements on line, and the addition of more than 80 calculators offer practitioners a tool to find quick answers to clients’ individual financial situations.
“Expanding Checkpoint's productivity tools, along with its existing functionality and superior content, makes Checkpoint easier to use and more intuitive than ever before,” says Ron Burkert, Director of Product Management for Checkpoint.
