RKL Adds Darkes, Peachey & Wilbert

Top 100 firm Reinsel Kuntz Lesher has merged in Darkes, Peachey & Wilbert into its practice. The merger took effect on Oct. 1, 2014.

The merger continues to enhance RKL’s presence in the Greater Capital Region and provides DPW clients access to a wider range of tax, accounting and business consulting capabilities.

DPW’s founding partner Bruce Darkes will join the firm as a partner in RKL’s tax services group. In addition, RKL placed Jeremy Peachey and Karen Wilbert as managers in the firm’s tax services group. “Joining the RKL team means our clients will continue to work closely with their trusted advisors, while having access to a wider range of specialized capabilities that are unique to RKL,” Darkes said in a statement.

“DPW has built an outstanding reputation throughout the region. We’re looking forward to working together with them to continue to build upon RKL’s brand of personalized service and unmatched capabilities and expertise,” RKL’s CEO Edward Monborne added.

DPW’s office at 900 Cavalry Road, Carlisle will remain open as a satellite location to RKL’s Capital Region office in Downtown Harrisburg.
