RKL Solutions Acquires Accuvar

ERP software reseller RKL Solutions announced the acquisition of fellow Sage partner Accuvar.

RKL will add Accuvar’s two Northern California offices in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento, 12 employees, and more than 170 current customers using Sage solutions.

“Accuvar’s sales, service and support experience across the Sage product portfolio will have a strong and positive impact on our ability to serve both new and existing customers,” stated RKL president Joe Noll, adding that the acquisition fits company strategy in adding product, consulting and support at a measured pace.

RKL’s 2013 revenue of $7 million placed it at No. 59 on last year’s Accounting Today VAR 100 list.

“This acquisition makes two great firms even better as one,” stated Accuvar president Joanne Wasak. “Our respective areas of focus and consulting specialties complement each other really well and it’s going to bring a fresh perspective to our entire customer base. It’s an exciting time for us and our clients.”

Both Wasak and Palin will stay aboard as directors of sales, growing the footprint of the California offices.

With less traveling across time zones, we can provide faster, more cost-effective, and highly personalized service and support on-site.”

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
