Lakewood, Colo.-based McCutcheon & Co., an accounting firm specializing in nonprofits, has merged with accounting and consulting firm Anton Collins Mitchell.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
McCutcheon's founder and president, Tim McCutcheon, will become a partner in ACM, the company said. McCutcheon is also the chairman of the Colorado Society of CPAs.
Denver-based Anton Collins Mitchell is a locally owned and managed accounting and consulting firm focused on providing services for entrepreneurs and growing businesses, including those with multi-state or international growth expectations. It has more than 60 employees and is an independent member of the BDO Seidman Alliance.
