New York (June 23, 2004) -- Top-ranked accounting firm Rothstein Kass has launched a full service boutique executive search firm, RK Executive Search LLC.
RKES will specialize in recruiting accounting and finance professionals within the alternative investment community and will also focus on recruiting for the financial services practice of Rothstein Kass.
RKES will utilize Rothstein Kass' extensive experience servicing hedge funds, private equity funds and funds of funds, money management firms and portfolio managers, to better serve clients and identify applicants that are best suited for their needs.
Rothstein Kass partner Todd E. Noah will serve as principal-in-charge of the search firm. George Yulis, previously a senior account executive at New York City recruitment firm The Response Companies, will serve as director of search services.
"It's a natural fit for our internal needs and for servicing our hedge fund clients and the alternative investment industry," Noah said of the new entity, adding that Rothstein Kass is the practice's number one client. Noah noted that the CPA firm serves about 2,000 hedge funds.
In addition to Noah and Yulis, RKES includes Don Forlenza, a recruiting manager who was an account manager for Robert Half and Tara Hooper, a senior accountant with the accounting firm.
