RSM McGladrey Names President of MyBenefitSource

Minneapolis (June 18, 2003) -- RSM McGladrey Business Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of tax preparer H&R Block, has named Robert Digby president of accounting, consulting and professional business service MyBenefitSource.

Digby will primarily focus on increased customer success and market penetration for MBS. He replaces Edward Cain III, who last month announced plans to step down as president and CEO of MBS.

Digby spent 15 years in various senior-level positions with Ceridian Corp., a provider of payroll and human resource information services to organizations throughout the U.S., United Kingdom, and Canada.

Most recently Digby served as president of Ceridian business unit PowerPay, where he launched the first Web-based Internet payroll business. He also developed and launched Source 500, an integrated payroll and human resources product.
