RSM McGladrey Reorganizes

RSM McGladrey said it has made several organizational and leadership changes, merging the firm's lines of business into its operations group and strengthening its regional management structure.

As a result, the firm has added two new positions to its executive operating team. In addition, the firm is integrating its international and industry marketing strategies into corporate marketing.

Chief operating officer Doug Opheim will assume additional responsibilities for line-of-business strategy development and execution for consulting, tax, capital markets and wealth management. He will also continue to be responsible for the Western, Northeast and Southeast regions.

Joe Adams and Jim Kadavy have been elevated to regional managing directors and members of the executive leadership team, reporting to RSM McGladrey president Steve Tait.

In addition to the new regional managing directors, Mark Audino was named chief marketing officer and a member of the executive operating team, also reporting to Tait. He was previously senior vice president of market strategy and research, where he spearheaded the organization's first national client loyalty survey.
