RSM US raises more than $4.8M via 'Birdies Fore Love'

RSM US presented a check worth more than $4.8 million to the Davis Love Foundation as part of its employee-led Birdies Fore Love campaign, in connection with the 12th annual RSM Classic PGA Tour event.

RSM’s staff across the U.S. and Canada, with matched donations from the RSM US Foundation, raised funds for various nonprofits focused on education and quality of life for children and families in need.

“Stewardship has been one of RSM’s core values since our firm was founded 95 years ago,” said Doug Opheim, chief financial officer at RSM US and chair of the RSM US Foundation, in a statement. “My hat’s off to this year’s RSM Birdies Fore Love co-leaders, Andrew Lynch and Victoria Parks, who harnessed the caring nature of our 13,000 people across the U.S. and Canada, as well as many of our clients who do so much good for so many.”

The on-course Birdies Fore Love awards the top three finishers in total birdies (or better) from all fall PGA Tour events. This past September, RSM and the PGA TOUR announced a five-year extension of RSM Birdies Fore Love, running through the fall portion of the 2025-26 FedEx Cup Regular Season.

Charitable donations raised through the RSM Classic are distributed by the RSM US Foundation and the Davis Love Foundation, a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that manages the RSM Classic tournament. Established in 2005, the Davis Love Foundation was founded by professional golfer and Team RSM member Davis Love III and his wife Robin.

“Our people, clients and friends; the PGA Tour and the Davis Love Foundation have really embraced Birdies Fore Love,” said Andy Bosman, chief marketing officer with RSM US, in a statement. “It’s heartwarming to see how much good the program does for so many, year after year. I’m humbled to be a part of it.”
