RSSM Names New Managing Partner

Top 100 Firm Rosen Seymour Shapss Martin & Co. LLP has chosen Michael Bernstein as its new managing partner. 

“I look forward to leading the firm and delivering the shared vision in today’s very challenging and demanding global environment,” Bernstein said in a statement. 

Bernstein, who currently serves on the firm’s executive committee, succeeds Martin Greenberg as managing partner. As a partner-in-charge at the firm’s Consulting and Due Diligence Services Group, Bernstein provides services to private equity funds, banks, investment banks and mezzanine lenders. 

Bernstein also holds the position of partner-in-charge of the SEC Services Group and is acknowledged as an expert in corporate finance, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He has years of experience serving a broad range of clients and handles a number of services for publicly traded companies, initial public offerings, 10-Q and 10-K filings.

Bernstein is a member of AICPA and the New York State Society of CPAs.
