Sage Software has introduced Sage Accpac Extended Enterprise Suite, combining the company's enterprise resource planning with customer relationship management software.
The product consists of Sage Accpac ERP 5.5 integrated with SageCRM. The CRM software includes sales, marketing and customer service features. Workflow is supported through tighter integration with Sage's human resources management system, Sage Accpac HRMS, and Sage FAS Fixed Assets.
Analytical dashboards provide an extended view of the enterprise to help analyze, predict and manage business performance. Key performance indicators, such as age of accounts, offer alerts that can be turned into actions through collections, payables and other tasks.
The latest version of Accpac also includes a new account rollup feature that supports account consolidation in the general ledger, multi-currency revaluation options and streamlined processes for managing job tracking.
