Sage Introduces Sage Payroll Center
Sage announced Sage Payroll Center, an online platform for accounting professionals to provide payroll services to their clients.
The online platform automates federal, state and local payroll tax filings and payments, including optional value-added services like Affordable Care Act compliance and reporting, time and attendance, HR solutions, and pay-as-you-go worker’s compensation insurance.
“Payroll is a natural extension of the tax, audit and other financial services accountants already provide to their small and medium business clients,” stated Ray Barlow, vice president of Sage Accountant Solutions. “Sage Payroll Center can help accountants generate additional revenue streams and attract new clients, two things that will be important to firms in 2016 and beyond.”
The payroll center enables accountants and clients to access payroll data anytime, anywhere and receive mobile alerts on payroll cash requirements and direct deposit alerts. With the platform’s self-service capabilities, employees can access paystubs and W-2s.
A scalable solution for an unlimited number of client companies, the platform also has ad-hoc report writing capabilities, support for garnishment payments and new hire reporting services.
