Sage North America unveiled a new Sage Accountants Network program Thursday aimed at helping practitioners that serve nonprofit and governmental organizations.

The program provides accountants with access to Sage Nonprofit Solutions software for fund accounting and fundraising software and services, plus free and discounted training, technical support, networking events, educational resources, and marketing and sales tools.

The Sage Nonprofit Solutions package includes Sage Fund Accounting, Sage Fundraising Online, Sage Fundraising 50, and Sage Grant Management. SAN members representing Sage Nonprofit Solutions products will receive access to the aforementioned Sage products; 12 technical support cases annually; access to an online demo package; training discounts through Sage University; exclusive invites to other educational webcasts and events; and access to sales tools, marketing tips, communications and networking events.

“With more than 1.6 million North American nonprofit and charity organizations providing employment to more than 10 percent of the labor market, the not-for-profit industry represents a huge potential client base for accountants,” said Krista Endsley, senior vice president and general manager for Sage Nonprofit Solutions. “This special Sage Accountants Network program was developed to help accounting professionals who want to specialize in a vertical market or further support their existing nonprofit clients easily and cost-effectively acquire valuable tools to help ensure success.”
