Sage Reseller Practice Changes Hands

Technology integrator Net@Work has agreed to take over Solution Strategists’ Sage software practice, including all Sage accounting, enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management products.

Under the terms of the agreement, Solution Strategists' customers will be transitioned to Net@Work, which will provide support for Sage applications such as Sage MAS 90, 200, 500 ERP, Sage Businessworks Accounting, ACT!, Sage SalesLogix, and SageCRM.

Solution Strategists, based in Cranford, N.J., has serviced Sage users for over 20 years. The decision to entrust Net@Work with its long-standing Sage practice was driven by the desire of company founder Art Nathan to spend more time with his family.

"While this has been a difficult decision, selecting Net@Work to take over our Sage practice was not,” said Solution Strategists president Art Nathan in a statement. “Our customers will be well-served by an organization that understands their business challenges, and has the expertise and resources to customize solutions that facilitate their success. We are all committed to a smooth and efficient transition."

As part of the deal, most of Solution Strategists' Sage consultants will join Net@Work, including Art Nathan's Solution Strategists partner, Robert Herman.
