Major Sage North America reseller SWK Technologies Inc. announced that it is the first partner in the United States to achieve the new Sage ERP X3 Certified Consultant Status.
Beginning July 1, Sage ERP X3 Certification is required to receive support from Sage and any provider who is not certified by June 30 will not receive support. In addition, Sage is currently aligning its existing customers with partners, and the only way SWK can work with these customers is to be certified.
The first round of certification included five separate tracks: financial, distribution, manufacturing, technical and development. Managed and recognized globally, the certification process will require consultants within Sage and its business partners to undergo fundamental and advanced classroom-based training followed by a standard exam, after which they will be awarded Sage ERP X3 Certified Consultant Status.
“Although Sage ERP X3 Certification is mandated by Sage, SWK is very proud to achieve its Sage ERP X3 Certification,” said Paul Frydman, executive vice president of consulting for SWK. “The process demonstrates our commitment to Sage ERP X3, and more importantly, solidifies our relationship with SWK’s existing and future customers who want to know their Sage service provider is completely knowledgeable about all the solutions Sage ERP X3 offers.”
