Two accounting firms in the Bay Area Smith, Lange & Phillips LLP and Daoro Zydel & Holland LLP are combining forces, with the merger set to take effect July 1.
The new firm will operate under the name DZH Phillips LLP and will include 10 partners, more than 70 team members, and $12 million in annual revenue.
With three offices in San Francisco and Marin, the firm will continue to offer accounting, tax, and business consulting services to businesses, nonprofit organizations, and high-net-worth families and individuals.
