SBS Group New England, the Boston-area division of major Microsoft Dynamics reseller SBS Group, has acquired Hudson, Mass.-based Dynamics VAR Grace Hunt, effectively expanding it’s presence in the region and adding to its Dynamics ERP line.
While terms of the deal were not disclosed, SBS does add two offices – one in Hudson, the other in Quincy, Mass. – and approximately 30 employees, including general manager Kevin Comerford, who is expected to remain in “an integral role in the ongoing business,” according to SBS.
The purchase also adds Dynamics NAV business to SBS’s ERP offerings, which include Dynamics GP, SL, and AX as well as Sage MAS 500 and Acumatica.
Grace Hunt’s customers will be served by SBS Group’s New England office located in Marlborough, Mass.

Woodbridge, N.J.-based SBS Group has 15 offices around the country and approximately 75 employees. With $11 million in revenue, the firm ranked 30 in the 2011 Accounting Today VAR 100, while Grace-Hunt ranked 37 in this year’s list with an estimated $8.5 million in revenue.
