Sensiba San Filippo Promotes Three

Sensiba San Filippo has promoted Jeffrey Stark, Kevin Strain and Stephanie Tsiagkas to partner.

As the newest audit partners in the firm’s Technology Assurance & Advisory Group, their promotion reflects SSF’s strategic plan to significantly expand the firm’s technology and venture capital service capabilities in the South Bay.

“Jeff, Kevin and Stephanie are well known within the firm and among the clients they serve for their remarkable business acumen and deep commitment to client service,” said Managing Partner John Sensiba.  “They will be an enormous asset as we continue to meet the growing demands of the vibrant Bay Area VC and tech sectors.”

Stark and Tsiagkas will be based in the firm’s San Jose office; Strain will be based in the firm’s San Mateo office.

Stark specializes in serving venture-backed technology companies and assisting with industry-relevant issues including revenue recognition, equity and stock option accounting and financial reporting. Prior to joining Sensiba San Filippo, he was the president and co-founder of Ignyte Technology, Inc., a managed network security services provider, where he ran the finance and operations functions. After successfully completing the sale of Ignyte to a publicly traded company in 2001, Stark decided to leverage his real-world operations and management experience with technology-related companies by entering public accounting.
