Avalara announced that cloud-based multichannel commerce platform Shopify Plus has completed certification and fully integrated Avalara’s Compliance Cloud solution directly into its platform.
The integration will make the solution directly available to Shopify Plus merchants, streamlining and automating calculations of complex and myriad tax rates, rules and jurisdictions.
Avalara’s Compliance Cloud will automatically calculate tax for every invoice line item in real-time in the Shopify Plus shopping cart, and merchants can add Avalara’s tax return preparation, filing and remittance services.
