Shultz Huber & Associates, a CPA firm in northwest Ohio, expanded in the state with the acquisition of Stroh, Johnson & Company, effective as of July 1.
Stroh Johnson, founded in 1979, is an accounting, audit and tax firm. The deal adds three offices across Lima, Minister and Wapakoneta, Ohio, to the team. Shultz Huber is a full-service accounting, tax and business consulting firm, with offices already in Archbold, Bryan, Defiance, St. Marys and Van Wert, Ohio.
