SingerLewak Opens San Francisco Office, Expands Services

Accounting, tax and consulting firm SingerLewak will open a new office in San Francisco to primarily serve venture capital-funded private businesses, along with public companies in the greater San Francisco area.

The firm has six other offices throughout the state, including San Jose, Los Angeles, Orange County, Woodland Hills, Monterey Park and San Diego.

Harmeet Singh has been appointed regional managing partner of the San Francisco office, which will primarily focus on assisting companies with initial public offerings, secondary offerings, corporate restructurings, valuations, and mergers and acquisitions. Industry specialization will include technology; life sciences; media and entertainment; manufacturing and distribution; and retail and franchises.

“We are delighted that Harmeet is spearheading our growth and expansion into San Francisco to position our firm’s services and expertise to Bay Area public and private companies,” said SingerLewak managing partner David Krajanowski. “In less than two years, we have grown our Northern California presence from three to eight partners with over 36 staff in San Jose and now wish to continue our growth into San Francisco.”
