Skoda Minotti Names New Partner and Promotes 13

Skoda Minotti has named Steven H. Gross as partner, with primary responsibility for managing and overseeing all small business clients.

Gross started with Skoda Minotti as a manager with Skoda Minotti in 1995. He is now a partner in the Tax Planning and Preparation Department, servicing both individuals and small businesses.

With over 30 years of experience in public accounting, Gross is currently a professional member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs. He served as the treasurer of the Brush High School Athletic Booster Club for 14 years and as treasurer for the Friends of Geraldine Welo, Mayor of South Euclid for 7 years. He has also served as a member of both the board of directors and the strategic planning committee of Congregation Bethaynu and is a past president of its school board.

Separately, the firm announced 13 employee promotions. Christopher MacLaren, to senior manager in the Accounting and Auditing Department, Marilea W. Campomizzi to manager in the Accounting and Auditing Department, Nicholas A. Delguyd to manager in the Accounting and Auditing Department, Kenneth J. Skoda Jr. to senior staff accountant in the Accounting and Auditing Department, Diane Thompson to senior staff accountant in the Accounting and Auditing Department, Joseph D. Yusz to senior staff accountant in the Accounting and Auditing Department, Jen Brawner to senior marketing specialist for Skoda Minotti’s Marketing Services, and Teresa Conley to senior human resource specialist.
