Fairfield, N.J. (Sept. 22, 2003) -- New Jersey CPA firm Smolin Lupin announced that Theodore J. Dudek has been named managing principal of the firm.
Dudek, who's been with the firm since 1979, is currently a principal of the firm and chairman of the executive committee.
Dudek's specialties are in compliance work for banks, mergers and acquisitions and management consulting for privately held companies, as well as traditional accounting and tax services.
Founded in 1947, Smolin Lupin serves nearly 4,000 clients and has four offices in New York, New Jersey and Florida.
