GBC serves the Oklahoma metropolitan area, specializing in real estate, dealerships, banking and high-net-worth private clients. GBC adds its expertise in business valuation, litigation support and specialized financial services for high-net-worth and divorce-related matters to Springline's platform. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"There's a unique entrepreneurial energy in the Oklahoma market, and our team at GBC has spent decades right at the heart of it," GBC Advisory managing partner Ted Blodgett said in a statement Tuesday. "We're excited to welcome in a fresh perspective and new set of tools to elevate our capabilities for the Oklahoma communities we serve, all while deepening our range of solutions for clients."

Springline Advisory, based in Dallas, ranked No. 54 on Accounting Today's 2026 Top 100 Firms list. It reported nearly $165 million in revenue, with 86 partners and over 770 total employees across 14 offices.

The firm was created by private equity firm Trinity Hunt Partners in January 2024. It has since completed a number of acquisitions, most recently adding SD Mayer Advisory in March and Christy Paddock Advisors in January. It is one of the fastest-growing firms with 84.2% growth in 2025, and it is still "actively pursuing opportunities to invest in entrepreneurial and culturally driven middle-market accounting and business advisory firms across the U.S."

"Ted and the GBC team built something special, and we're excited to embrace our shared values of a people-first, client-first mentality. Springline looks forward to supporting their team as they grow, while making sure the white-glove, neighborly service their clients love stays where it belongs: at the center of everything they do."
