Thomson Reuters Signs Clarity Deal

Thomson Reuters’ Tax & Accounting business has signed an agreement with Clarity Systems to provide users of Clarity FSR financial governance software with access to content and tools on the Thomson Reuters Checkpoint research service.

Processing Content

The integration between the two products will help financial executives automate their SEC external reporting and filing processes, and access guidance on regulatory changes and current developments as they prepare financial filings such as 10-Ks, 10-Qs or 8-Ks. Supportive content from Checkpoint will include expert analysis, the official text of the regulations and standards, searchable SEC filings, current news of regulatory developments, and tools such as checklists and charts.
