Thomson Reuters' Tax & Accounting business has updated its accounting firm portal software, NetClient CS, adding Reuters news updates, data-sharing and online billing and collection features.

NetClient CS offers accountants and their clients a secure means of accessing documents and software, transferring data and conveying information via private portals. The latest version includes the ability to share data in real-time. It can push invoices to clients and collect credit card payments electronically.

Users can also upload multiple files at once. With Reuters news widgets, accountants can provide clients with automatic news updates in NetClient CS from Reuters.com.
