New York, N.Y. (Dec. 18, 2003) — Thomson Tax & Accounting has acquired the assets of Quickfinder Inc., a provider of income tax reference handbooks for tax professionals.
Terms were not disclosed.
Minnetonka, Minn.-based Quickfinder’s product line includes the 1040 Handbook, Small Business Handbook and All States Handbook. Quickfinder will become part of Thomson Tax & Accounting’s PPC business unit.
