Track1099, provider of online 1099-MISC e-filing and e-delivery, introduced TrackW9, an online W-9 management tool for tax professional teams.
With TrackW9, companies can request W-9 forms online and get visibility into their status without the need for fax or email.
“By offering clients the ability to request and manage their vendor W-9s completely on the web, TrackW9 takes the hassle out of tracking and confirming vendor information,” stated Track1099 CEO Sharon Lindsey West.
The TrackW9 dashboard offers management of a company’s vendor information by showing complete W-9 statuses, while companies can transfer PDF or CSV records into their accounting software. Vendors receive a secure email prompting them to fill out an online W-9, with touch e-signature, on the TrackW9 website.
Offering integration with Track1099’s online 1099-MISC e-filing service, TrackW9 is free through February 2015.
