Enterprise content manager Treeno Software has launched an integration module for the users of Intuits QuickBooks.
The module, dubbed the Treeno QuickBooks Connector, integrates with any QuickBooks version between 2008 and 2010 and allows users to link scanned and electronic documents to transactions, vendors and companies within QuickBooks files. Users can also automatically index and retrieve documents based on any given QuickBooks record. The module also supports multiple file scenarios for CPAs and bookkeepers.
The QuickBooks Connector is available as a hosted or Software-as-a-Service model, and is compatible with any scanner or scanner-capable copy machine.Documents can be scanned to an inbox in Treeno or electronically routed using bar codes.
We offer our product anyway a customer wants it delivered, said Treeno co-CEO Steve Tentindo. Every one of our products is truly Web-based.
In addition to the modules general availability, Treeno is also seeking channel partnerships for the QuickBooks connector, but Tentindo said partners have not yet come on board.
