Technology services firm Tribridge, No. 2 on the 2015 Accounting Today VAR 100, has joined the NetSuite Solution Provider Program, providing its cloud business management platform and industry-specific integrations with its ERP and ecommerce solutions.
As Tribridge’s first public cloud ERP offering, NetSuite joins the company’s portfolio of Microsoft Dynamics on-premise and private cloud solutions.
Tribridge’s initial NetSuite practice will focus on the healthcare and professional services industries, deepening the cloud-based ERP and ecommerce provider’s expertise in those niches.
“With someone as large and successful as Tribridge, with a historical track record, they don’t add a new ERP product lightly—but do a ton of due diligence,” shared Craig West, NetSuite’s vice president of channel sales. “We are super excited and validated that we are their choice. Secondly, the NetSuite platform is extensible into other industries with healthcare companies and professional services companies. With Tribridge’s domain expertise and integrations, they will help us gain deep industry expertise.”
Tribridge reported $130 million in annual revenue in 2015, a 10 percent growth over the prior year.
“We have been very focused for four to five years on cloud solutions—that’s not new information,” explained Tribridge chair and CEO Tony DiBenedetto. “We believe the market is absolutely embracing the cloud at an accelerated rate. As we’ve looked at different solutions—we added [cloud-based talent management software] Cornerstone two years ago—they have been a huge success. We’ve talked about NetSuite for five years. The clincher was when we did a survey against the buying community we target and one of the brands that was obviously front-and-center with customers and potential customers was NetSuite. We are giving [customers] the power of choice, and the right solutions based on what their problems are. This is such a nice addition.”
Also influential in the decision-making process, according to DiBenedetto, was NetSuite’s announcement of a cloud alliance with Microsoft, giving Tribridge future opportunities to build cloud-to-cloud integrations that streamline workflow and collaboration between the NetSuite platform and Office 365 and Azure.
DiBenedetto also praised NetSuite’s technology, the product of rigorous testing but with speedy deployment, along with an attractive subscription model and robust functionality and reporting.
“We are big thinkers here so we won’t play a small role,” DiBenedetto shared. “We will grow a large NetSuite business in this NetSuite partnership from day one—and earn that.”
Customers are demanding more best-of-breed connections between solutions in the cloud, he continued.
“It’s important for partners like us to build integrated solutions across platforms, as the marketplace is doing it more, and as publishers are also working together.”
The NetSuite Solution Provider Program, launched in 2002, provides hundreds of channel partners with its cloud solution and partnership benefits to grow their business.
“The future of ERP is driven by commerce,” West said. “Disconnected business systems that don’t talk to partners, vendors and customers is the past. We certainly feel Tribridge’s desire to take our core ERP validates that strategy and [will produce] great mutual customer successes.”
