Lyons & Lyons offers tax planning, accounting and business consulting services to complement the investment advisory and financial planning services provided by the expanded Trivium's wealth management team. Paradigm is an SEC-registered investment advisory firm that was recently named to the Forbes Top RIA Firms of 2023 list. The combined firm has 30 staff members and five partners.

In conjunction with the merger, Trivium unveiled a refreshed website, logo, tagline and signature video. The name "Trivium" means a crossroads where three roads meet in Latin. In the context of client services, the three roads represent wealth management, tax and accounting, and business advisory services. The newly adopted tagline is "Clarity at Life's Crossroads."

"We are delighted to welcome both teams from Paradigm and Lyons & Lyons into our family," said Trivium managing partner Ron Pac in a statement. "Together, we will seek to further elevate our commitment to the community while expanding our services and capabilities to address the evolving financial needs of all our clients — all within one trusted brand."
