UBCC Enhances Write-up and Payroll Software

Universal Business Computing Co. has upgraded its client write-up and payroll service bureau software.

The accounts receivable module in the write-up software now has the ability to initiate automated clearing house bank transactions for paying a balance due. The software can also now send out electronic statements from accounts receivable by e-mail. An alternate "bill to" address can be selected as a default. In addition, UBCC has doubled the amount of code and amount fields in accounts receivable, and increased the maximum dollar value that can be billed.

The payroll program now has the ability to accommodate up to 110 lines of free-form notes for each employee. The notes feature can be accessed from the data entry screen when entering payroll.
