British firm Bentley Jennison has joined the RSM International network of audit, tax and consulting firms, expanding RSM’s reach abroad.
RSM International, which includes RSM McGladrey and is associated with the CPA firm McGladrey & Pullen, has grown into the seventh largest accounting network around the world. The network made a study of accounting firms in the United Kingdom before settling on Bentley Jennison, which has been tasked with leading RSMI’s expansion in the U.K. and Europe.
Bentley Jennison specializes in internal audit, international taxes and risk management. The firm has doubled in size every four years since its founding in 1984, and reached a total fee income of $128 million last year. It recently won the Large Firm of the Year award from Accountancy Age.
The firm will now be known as RSM Bentley Jennison. Its clients include the United Nations and the European Commission.
