Exton, Pa. (March 22, 2004) -- Croft Drozd & Co., a seven-partner CPA and business advisory firm based here, merged with Lacinski & Associates Inc., a one-partner firm in Exton specializing in tax and small business services.
Terms were not disclosed. The merger is effective immediately.
Lacinski founder Michael Lacinski joins Croft, Drozd as a senior vice president and shareholder. Prior to opening Lacinski & Associates in 1998, he served as an internal auditor and personal banking officer at MBNA America.
In addition, Lacinski CPA Susan Martorano will join the firm as a staff accountant. Client services for Croft, Drozd & Co. include manufacturing and distribution, non profit construction real estate and retail.
