INTERDYN BMI ACQUIRES CFO CONSULTING
Minneapolis -- InterDyn BMI has acquired Orlando-based Microsoft Dynamics reseller InterDyn CFO Consulting, effectively adding two Florida offices and over a dozen staff. InterDyn BMI will also now represent Dynamics GP, SL, AX, Open Systems, and Intacct, as well as Dynamics CRM and other IT managed services. InterDyn BMI is the largest of the InterDyn family of firms, with over $12 million in gross revenue and nine U.S. offices. In 2010 the firm also purchased Dynamics VAR InterDyn Progressive.
EQUATION ADDS BAMBOOHR
Toronto -- Sage, Deltek and Intacct partner Equation Technologies has added cloud-based HR management system BambooHR to its product portfolio. Equation will offer BambooHR to companies with between 50 and 3,000 employees.

ACL will sell the product under the ACL Importer brand through both its direct sales and global channel partners.
